MY HOMIE PASS AWAY 2DAY

Legendary on the West Coast for solo classics such as “Ain’t No Future in Yo’ Frontin’” and collaborations with superstars such Tupac Shakur (”I Gotta Get Mine”), Flint, MI native MC Breed died Saturday, his publicist confirmed. He was 36 years old.

Breed was rushed to the hospital in early September for kidney failure. The rapper was on life support for two days before slightly recovering. In late September, he conducted a phone interview with his publicist Jonathan Hay where he talked about his health crisis.

“The doctor told me my kidney was insulted and stopped filtering what I was taking in,” Breed said at the time.

Breed also talked about coming with a new album, boasting his skills were as sharp as ever. Before he passed away, Breed was in the process of inking a deal with Ichiban Records, according to his camp. His rep also tells us Breed’s album was to be called “Mc Breed - The Original Swag” and had lined up features from Too-Short, Erotic D, Ant Banks and others. The D.O.C was also writing records with him.
MC Breed Taken Off Life Support

Old school rapper MC Breed has been taken off life support -- in a good way -- after being admitted to the hospital Friday because of kidney failure.

Breed -- who's worked with 2Pac and Too Short -- collapsed while he was shooting hoops in Atlanta. We're told Breed's kidneys are only 30% functional and it's likely he'll need a kidney transplant.

MC is still in the hospital -- where he's slowly recognizing faces and voices -- and will remain there for at least another week under observation.

Words from DA INFAMOUS D.J.T.

I met breed when i came over to Ichiban Records in atlanta back in the mid 90's after they brought the rights to too much booty in the paints. at the time i was a inter doing work for dale and john at the label when i was told to go to eastpoint  to a studio where they had mc breed recording his album at the time "flatline"after i got there i caught alotta heat from breed and his peeps about me being a do boy for the label, after we got pass that i was assign to promo the flatline album in north & south carolina and get breed  club date and so forth you know the deal. over the time he started treating like a homie instead of a do boy for the label. after the flantline album. Breed left the label  and move on to power house records but we sstill kept in touch  and he still showed love to a young thug like me , the biggest thing he showed me at that time was if you got somthin they want my them pay you for what you worth not what they think you worth.
because your only good when your make them money.
In closing  i know you ipod kats don't know nuthin about MC BREEED but you young kat need to start doing your hip hop home work on the foundation of hip hop. IN THE WORDS OF MY HOMIE BREED "AIN'T NO FUTRUE IN FRONT"

R I P MC Breed
holla at pac and biggie homie
